Foggia? That’s awesome, my family is from just outside of Foggia. Makes sense why you support Lecce….but my family pulls for Bari instead of Lecce Merda.

I was born Romanista, but I must admit, I have sympathy for Ascoli Calcio ever since one of my cousins moved there. It’s a wonderful city, 20 min. away from the mountains and 20. away from the sea! It’s paradise! Anyways, I’m hoping they can pull a miracle and come back to Serie A. Maybe they should buy back Super Marco haha!

Johonna — Albinoleffe definitely has a shot. Although, if I had to bet on it right now, I’d say Chievo and Bologna are going up. And then Lecce, Brescia, Pisa, Albinoleffe have the best chance to claim the third promotion spot, in that order. I think Lecce and Brescia are just a slight class above Albinoleffe.

Hey Capitano — thanks for the note. I was really pulling hard this year for Frosinone. I was hoping the gialloazzurri would get the bump up. In the beginning, it looked like they would qualify for a playoff position, but those hopes have certainly faded. Anyway, all the best to you guys next year.

Reggina fan from Columbus, Ohio here. I look forward to reading your insights. It will be a relief from trying to intrepret the talk on the gentereggina forum and other italian news sites. but man, don’t put us in Serie B yet, please? As long as Uliveri plays our most talented people, which god knows why he doesn’t want to, we will survive.

Love the post. I’m a Napoli guy, but my mom’s family is Molisani (less then 4 miles from the boarder to Puglia), so I like seeing Foggia do well since it’s fairly close to Molise. Forza Reggio, I loved watching that Juve game and let’s see a northern team make the drop.

Hello Matt.
First off, I’m a hugee Roma fan, like you. Im happy to finally see someone giving the Serie B some love. After Roma, I’m a Frosinone fan. Its my fathers home town, and I live and bleed them on Saturdays, as well as in FIFA ‘08.

Thanks for posting some Serie B news. I can now finally read about Frosinone in english!!
